This is without a doubt the best Deftones album ever made. Yes, after 25 years and nine albums later this band has created their finest work of art. Incredible songwriting and probably the best sounding record of the year.
It took me a little bit to warm up to Deftones 25 years ago. I was slowly influenced into becoming a full fledged fan by my bandmates at the time. Since then I have loved everything they have done.
This album came as a huge surprise to me. I sure hope I get to see this band tour behind this record at some point.
