I’ve been aware of Wolf Alice since the beginning. I’ll admit I haven’t followed them closely enough or they would have made it on my list with their previous two albums. I gave this album a little extra attention and effort. Getting in my car for a drive I would constantly put it on telling myself I need to really give it a good listen. For some time it actually sat at the top of my list as my #1 favorite album. It only got bumped down a bit when I really started analyzing my list in October. It may not have stuck at number 1 but it should definitely be considered a top album of 2021.
