The Mandela Effect of the album is real. I could have sworn I listened to this 35 years ago. I’m sure I’ve seen these songs on a old yacht rock playlist. John Mayer has transformed himself into 1980’s Eric Clapton and Don Henley in this excellent high concept throwback album complete with the Nice Price bargain bin sticker on the cover.
