Notes On A Conditional Form
The 1975 can never do wrong in my honest opinion. Their third straight album on my list is as good as I could ever have imagined. It burns me not to put it at number 1 out of tradition. Any other year it would have made it to the top. Promoted as being from their Music For Cars era that moniker nails the vibe of the album perfectly. It’s long, an hour and a half and 22 tracks later can be exhausting listening to in one sitting. It’s all over the place stylistically as well but that what makes it so great for my taste. Listening to this album casually while driving in the car shows how good it really is. It’s like listening to a radio station mix and I love it.
