Crooked Shadows

I was so excited when I heard Dashboard Confessional was working on new music. I’ve been a huge fan since I picked up their MTV Unplugged album after hearing a lot of talk about it. They introduced me to Emo and have been my favorite band of the genre since.

This new album combines a little bit of classic Dashboard with a newer more mainstream sound. Chris Carrrabba’s vocal are as strong as ever. The lyrical content is so relatable. I always find a way to apply every song to my own experiences in life. I really can’t think of another band that I can do that with so easily.
